This class blends the mindful movement of yoga with the core-strengthening principles of Pilates, creating a well-rounded practice that enhances flexibility, stability and balance.  Expect a mix of dynamic flows, breath-centered movement, and controlled strength exercises designed to build a resilient body and a calm mind.  We'll integrate deep core engagement, functional mobility, and a mindful stretching to leave you feeling strong, centered and energized.
