Welcome to Full Potential Fitness and Wellness! We offer a variety of classes, training (personal, yoga and nutrition) as well as educational workshops.  Our mission is to help you reach your full potential in all aspects of health, fitness, movement and lifestyle!



*Disclaimer:  To respect our instructors' time, there is a 45min cutoff for signups.  If you are trying to sign up for a class that already has reservations, please reach out to Kerri (757-439-1759) to be added to the roster.  Effective June 18th, we will be implementing a minimum class attendance policy.  If the class has less than 2 people registered, class will be canceled 75min in advance.
