This muscle building, core conditioning and stretching class will utilize a variety of equipment and body weight exercises to define arms, chest, back, legs and glutes. It will finish with exercises for your core and some stretching. Class is appropriate for all fitness levels. Also, we recommend bringing your own exercise or yoga mat (we have some for use as well), a towel, and water.
