HIIT, High Intensity Interval Training, is a form of interval training that alternates short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. It will have a mix of traditional calisthenic, body weight exercises, and traditional strength training exercises. Are you ready to push yourself harder than you'd push yourself? YES! Then, you are in the right class!
Class will provide modifications, but it is meant to push you a little outside of your comfort zone. As with any exercise session, be aware of your own body and its reactions to this class so that you can get the best benefit. If you know of certain exercises that your body should not or cannot perform, work within your knowledge base for modifications if a modification that fits your needs is not offered in class.
