Introduction to Weight/Strength Training

In this class, we will follow a circuit to allow you to maximize how you are focusing on each body zone.  These different exercises are done back-to-back at a medium intensity with minimal rest between each exercise, targeting multiple muscle groups in a continuous loop, combining both cardiovascular activity and strength training in a single workout.  This class is great for those who are just getting into weight/strength training.
