This class will focus on your entire upper body to build strong arms, back, shoulders, chest and upper core.  You will also work to build cardio endurance through activating mostly your upper body area.  There will always be modifications for those who are ready to kick their fitness into high gear as well as for those who need to push their fitness to the next level.
