This class will focus on your entire lower body to build strong glutes, upper and lower legs and lower back and core.  You will also work to build cardio endurance through activating mostly your lower body area.  There will always be modifications for those who are ready to kick their fitness into high gear as well as for those who need to push their fitness to the next level.
