Boot Camp is type of group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. Are you ready to push yourself harder than you'd push yourself? YES! Then, you are in the right class!
Class will provide modifications but it is meant to push you a little outside of your comfort zone. As with any exercise session, be aware of your own body and its reactions to this class so that you can get the best benefit. If you know of certain exercises that your body should not or cannot perform, work within your knowledge base for modifications if a modification that fits your needs is not offered in class.
Weather permitting, this class will be run outside in the parking lot. Please be prepared with proper footwear.
