This class is designed to be a 45min full body workout to include cardio, strength with bands and medicine balls all while interacting with your children of any age. Come with your stroller in tow as this class will be done outdoors (weather permitting). 


The instructor will text everyone if for some reason the location has to change or class has to be canceled due to weather. At this time, there is a conflicting class that starts at four until June 12.
