This class is a fun mix of strength and cardio through step fitness.  The strength will have some HIIT inspiration mixed in to keep your blood moving, but at a comfortable pace for those who need something a little more low impact/low tempo.  The step fitness will have some dance inspiration to keep you engaged and energized.
