Strengthen your body from the inside out!  This energizing, low-impact workout builds strength, core stability and flexibility while improving posture.  We’ll focus on core engagement, breath awareness, and proper alignment while moving through gentle yet effective exercises. Expect a supportive and encouraging environment where you can move at your own pace, with modifications provided to meet your needs. No experience necessary.
