Beginner Yoga is a lower intensity version of our regular Hatha Yoga classes. Extra cueing will be provided to assist you into each pose.  This will allow both the parent and child to be able to keep up and focus on what the goal is for that class.  Parents are not required to take the class but will need a pass and need to register if they want to stay. 

Hatha yoga classes offer traditional yoga poses such as Sun Salutations and Warrior II. Instructors will verbally guide practitioners in an evolving series of poses. The practice will begin with calming the mind and focusing our breathing. The body will be opened and strengthened in a steady pace to prepare for the pinnacle posture. Attention will be given to alignment, balance, flexibility, and strength. Hatha yoga classes are perfect for beginner and experienced yogis alike.
