Pilates Sculpt is a mat-based workout focusing on that slow burn. The workout is designed from the core outwards to create a low impact but highly focused and challenging workout. Common themes include breathwork, controlled movement, holds, pulses, engagement, and more to strengthen and lengthen your body's "Powerhouse", aka your core muscles (abdominals, lower back, pelvic floor, etc.), while also providing a benefit for the muscles of the rest of your body.
Modifications and progressions will be provided for all participant needs.
