Fit Foundations is a workout designed to build strength, endurance and power to improve your day-to-day life. Inspired by the Australian F45 training style, this class combines circuit training, HIIT, and strength and conditioning for functional movement and will get your heart rate up and muscles burning. Participants will work their way around the room to various stations designed to build full-body strength and cardiovascular endurance. Modifications and progressions for each exercise will be provided to fit the needs of each individual.
