Circuit Training is a workout method where you perform a series of different exercises back-to-back at a medium intensity with minimal rest between each exercise, targeting multiple muscle groups in a continuous loop, combining both cardiovascular activity and strength training in a single workout.
This class is meant to be a combo class for parent and child, so the activities will be modified for the appropriate weights and expectations for each age group. You must sign up both parent and child for the class.
