Circuit Training is a workout method where you perform a series of different exercises back-to-back at a medium intensity with minimal rest between each exercise, targeting multiple muscle groups in a continuous loop, combining both cardiovascular activity and strength training in a single workout.  On nice days, class will be run outside.

This class is meant to be a combo class for parent and child, so the activities will be modified for the appropriate weights and expectations for each age group.  You must sign up a parent for the class.  Each parent can have up to two children.
