Flow yoga is a dynamic vinyasa style of yoga that involves moving through a series of poses in a continuous flow, while breathing in rhythm with the movement. The goal is to create a sense of ease, strength, and tension release while allowing your body to feel the workout that you just did. In this class, you will incorporate strength training while moving through continuous flows to create a full cardio and strength aspect to your practice helping you to come out of class feeling like a goddess.
